Red Basilicata I.G.T. - harvest 2019

Aglianico del Vulture in purity, obtained from our youngest vineyard.

From it we select the best grapes, harvested by hand in the second ten days of October.

The grapes are immediately taken to the cellar, in steel barrels where the vinification takes place with daily pumping over and maceration of the skins for a week. After racking, it ages for six months in steel barrels on the fine lees.

An agile, young, fresh and fragrant wine. Intense ruby red color with hints of youth. The nose shows notes of Cherry and Raspberry. On the palate it is enveloping, delicate, with a tannin with a still very marked texture and a lively freshness.

To be served with first courses with tasty meat sauces and with second courses of grilled or roasted red meat.
