Aglianico del Vulture D.O.C. harvest 2014


Aglianico del Vulture in purity, obtained from our oldest vineyard of about fifty years.

From it we select the best grapes, harvested by hand in the third decade of October. The grapes are immediately taken to the cellar, in steel barrels where the vinification takes place, with long maceration on the skins and repeated pumping over.

Aging for at least 18 months in 15HL Slavonian oak barrels and the subsequent passage in the bottle for at least 12 months complete the maturation of this fine wine.

To be served with classic homemade Lucanian cuisine, with first courses such as wild boar ragout, second courses such as baked kid or aged cheeses.

Serving temperature: 18 ° - 20 °

Alcoholic content: 14% vol
