Rosato Basilicata I.G.T. - harvest 2019
Obtained from grapes 100% Aglianico del Vulture, hand-picked after the last ten days of September. The grapes are immediately taken to the cellar and placed in stainless steel fermenters at a controlled temperature, where the vinification takes place with a maceration on the skins for about 7/10 hours. After racking, alcoholic fermentation follows. To complete the maturation of this wine, another 6 months of refinement in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature follow, before bottling which takes place in the spring following the harvest.
On the nose floral scents and aromas of wild strawberry; on the palate it is fresh, savory, mineral with a very balanced finish.
A very transversal wine. It can be paired with raw seafood, shellfish, cod, white meats, but also with pizzas and focaccias.
Serving temperature: 8 ° - 12 °
Alcoholic content: 13% vol.
