Il Vulture: a unique territory in the world!

Vulture, located north of Basilicata, is a unique area in the world,

due to the important natural elements that compose it.

In fact, it is the only place to find the three elements together

most precious on the planet: water, oil, wine.

The morphology was shaped by the lava flows

of the ancient volcano Monte Vulture,

now inactive for about 700 million years, which they created

the gentle hills that follow one another around the whole volcano.

A breathtaking landscape that attracts many tourists

from the world throughout the year. 

Territory rich in medieval villages, with customs, culture and folklore still

intact and jealously guarded by the inhabitants who live in these areas.
