Monopoli Rosso I.G.P. harvest 2019


Obtained from grapes 100% Aglianico del Vulture, hand-picked after the first ten days of October. The grapes are immediately taken to the cellar and after destemming and crushing, they are placed in stainless steel fermenters at a controlled temperature, where the vinification takes place with a maceration of the grapes on the skins for about 7/10 days and reassembled daily. Aging for at least 6 months in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature completes the maturation of this wine.

Special edition Monopoli Rosso, in collaboration with the sports club Monopoli 1966, was born as a tribute to the city of Monopoli, pearl of the Adriatic Sea. The label depicts the design of the small beach of Cala Porta Vecchia, one of the most beautiful views in all of southern Italy. This fine wine also wants to express the link between the Monopoli 1966 sports club, its home city and its fans.
